              After Japan spotted China warships around the South China Sea, U.S. and the Phillippines knew China was serious and had no problems using force. China has cited that they found bugs in the crate's and that the food was unsanitary. Filipino government officials said they will be looking into the matter to see if any foul play is involved.        Tension between China and Philippines over the Huangyan Island have grown. China has said all the Island is the China South Sea belong to China by right.
